Nope. Can't tell, and I am a professional, I have had two of those fake boobs until I had reconstruction. To say that they are a pain in the a** is being nice about it. I hated them. Oh, if you end up getting burned pretty bad from radiation, ask for Xeroform gauze pads. They have some kind of numbing agent in them, which is wonderful, and they speed up the healing process, which is not too shabby either. Good luck!
